It’s difficult to put into words an experience that unfolds across so many layers (emotional, physical, energetic and beyond). I carry a great deal of grief, and my past attempts to connect with my body and emotions through external guidance have often felt too overwhelming.

Even though I wasn’t present at the time the ceremony occurred and accessed it through a recording, I felt always held, accompanied and safely guided through a journey that is not meant to be easy or comfortable.

Nicole’s multidimensional approach, wisdom, groundedness and heartfelt guidance create a truly safe container for honoring and releasing heavy, painful emotions that live trapped in our body.

I’ve previously tried guided breathwork (even with facilitators) but it often triggered such panic that I couldn’t move past a certain point. Yet, with this recording, through the powerful container of this ceremony and Nicole’s guidance, I felt rooted and safe enough to stay present with what came up to me.

By the end, I felt a deep and unusual sense of relief, as if something inside me had softened or wasn’t so heavy anymore. I am beyond grateful.

This was absolutely beautiful. I woke in the middle of the night feeling restless so I decided to listen to this and it was so calming and healing I fell asleep straight after and slept deeply.
