Loved this easy to follow “connecting with your spirit guides” guided meditation. I felt very at ease throughout. Everything was explained step by step for how to connect. Will definitely do again!

It was a different level of relaxation, she worked through all of the chakras teaching you how to focus in on specific parts of yourself. I want to do more of her workshops!!!
